What we collect
Only what you give us. Our inquiry, discovery, support, and newsletter forms collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, company, and whatever you tell us about your project. The client portal collects your email address to sign you in. We don't buy data, scrape profiles, or collect anything in the background.
How we use it
To respond to you, to do the work you've asked us to do, and — if you subscribed — to send the occasional newsletter you signed up for. Every newsletter includes a way out. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend (our email provider) and stored in our own database, hosted by Convex, so your requests aren't lost. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data only on our behalf.
Cookies
One, and only when you use it: signing in to the client portal sets an essential session cookie so you stay signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our visit analytics are cookieless and anonymous.
Your choices
Want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email inceptiondevs@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is one click, in every issue.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them. Material changes will be dated here.
